I am spending some days before Christmas in London working on my brand TravelQueen. I am staying at The Westbury Hotel in Mayfair, a five star luxury collection hotel in the center of Mayfair. For a couple of days I have been sitting in the Polo Bar working on my blogposts, and their signature cocktail caught my attention right away. The cocktails are pink with a nice foam, and served in beautiful cocktail glasses. 100 prosent of profits from the drinks goes to protecting the elephants in Asia. Want to try to make it at home?
Recipe
elephant gin infused with House of Waris organic white pomegranate tea
turmeric syrup
lime juice
pineapple/aperol foam

The Luxury Collection Hotels and Patron of Elephant Family, Waris Ahluwalia raise money and awareness of the Asian elephants by creating a thisxcocktail for the guests. The elephant Family is an award winning, UK based charity on a mission to save a forgotten species from extinction. Massive loss of habitat has caused elephant numbers to plummet by 90% in the last 100 years.

This cocktail is called Ganesha, and 100% of profits from this drink goes to Elephant Family. The organization looks after elephants, human families, their eco system, along with funding pioneering solutions such as elephant corridors.
