Gin&tonic to the people

When in London, do as the londoners and enjoy your gin and tonic.

Here is my favorite why to drink it:

4 cl of Hendricks

A small bottle of St. Pellegrino tonic

(when in Norway, buy it at Skafferiet in Oslo)

2 slices of cucumber

Pepper

I prefer my gin&tonic in a large wine glass

Make sure you have enough ice cubes, pour in the gin and garnish with cucumber and pepper.

Then pour in the tonic - enjoy.

Perfect for a hot summer night.
